Archi Expo: THE exhibition!

You must have heard of our "Archi expo" event especially if you are a part of our architecture institute (we promoted it a lot on our social media platforms you better heard of it) well if you didn't then no worries! We are here to let you know what you missed out

Introducing "Archi expo"

"Archi expo" is an architectural exhibition, a showcase of architectural designs and concepts of our students from the first year to the graduating year, it also included final projects of graduated students, the event was typically held in the architecture and urbanism department building

The exhibitions featured models, sketches, panels, and other representations of buildings and structures of the student's projects. the club members tried to simplify the department plan so the visitors could walk through the exhibition space while viewing the displays and learning about the history, design principles, and construction techniques behind every project which allowed visitors to experience architectural designs in a more immersive way.

Archi Expo also included talks and conferences some presented by our institute's professors that are leading experts in their fields ,where they shared their insights and experiences inspiring the attendees to think creatively and push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of architecture , making it even better our professors covered a wide range of topics including the importance of volunteering presented by professor Chaouati Ali , a presentation of a national ministerial award-winning architectural project presented by professor Arouni Redouane , urban planning presented by professor Benkara Omar , the process of an architectural project presented by professor Benkali Mustafa , doctoral competition and PhD major presented by professor Benchekroun Marwa , all of this was designed to engage visitors and deepen their understanding of architecture , the other last conference featured an educational program , unlike the other architectural themed ones , it was more of a medical themed subject were they presented a dietary supplement

Opinions

In my personal opinion "Archi expo" was both informative and inspiring from a very neutral opinion, it encouraged me personally to think critically about the built environment and the role that architecture plays in shaping our world ( not because I'm a member of our club) and we got free "nobilephore" supplement (nothing is better than free stuff you can't deny it) but then again if you would ask me for my opinion as a club's member it was worth it, the members were really under a lot of pressure and they faced a lot of difficulties and obstacles that could have caused to the failure of the event but we managed to get through it as a team, I'm proud of my club's member and especially our leaders because they made it work in every possible way and they handle it well. I'm very impressed and I would like to thank every member of the IBDAA family who made it happen

I'm mentioning this because I know that not everyone can see behind the scenes, and not everyone knows how hard it is to keep it all together, but at least let's try to appreciate the hard workers, so the next generations will know about them. Overall, Archi expo provided a unique opportunity for students to explore and appreciate the art and science behind architecture and communicate better by sharing their thoughts, and we are glad that everyone was happy with the results
